  • It really depends on your needs and preferences! The amount of input clients give varies from project to project. Some clients might only give a broad topic and a tentative title, while others have a well-developed outline. We do have a standard briefing questionnaire that you can fill out so we’ll have all of the information that we need to write your content.

  • We can work together to identify some topics that will be a good fit for your audience and your business! We can brainstorm some ideas together during our introductory consultation call or for an additional fee, we can put together a more formal content calendar to plan out several months of posts at a time.

  • Yes! We write everything from scratch and produce original content every time. We never copy content from previous articles.

  • Our standard turnaround time is two weeks from when we get the brief back from you, though we can (and often do!) return work sooner.

  • The first time that we work together, I will ask for a retainer payment before starting work. Once we have an established relationship, I will send you an invoice on a monthly basis. I use standard 30-day payment terms and you can pay by credit or debit card, check, or direct bank transfer.

  • Feedback and revisions are part of any writing process! I always appreciate getting feedback from clients because it helps me get a better understanding of the voice and tone to use in future work. I also provide at least one round of revisions per article as part of my rates.

  • Yes, we do offer ghostwriting and can tailor a post to a specific person’s voice upon request.
